Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic pricing strategies to maximize revenue and market share
• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align pricing with business objectives
• Conduct pricing audits and reviews
• Lead pricing negotiations with clients
• Develop and maintain pricing models and tools
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members
• Conduct market research for new pricing opportunities
• Present pricing recommendations to senior leadership
• Monitor and evaluate pricing strategy performance

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Pricing, Consulting, Sales, Account Management, and/or Finance
• Strong influencing skills
• Ability to understand financial concepts
• Experience managing complex projects
• Good understanding of the staffing and outsourcing industry
