Compensation

Base pay range for this position is $40 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Run and prepare reports
• Respond to and manage client inquiries
• Create user stories in Azure DevOps for the development team
• Gather requirements from clients
• Perform data validation testing for dashboards
• Build and maintain reports
• Validate data before it appears in dashboards
• Handle ad hoc client inquiries
• Prepare and support standard practice reporting including SLA, KPI, QBR/ABR, and program performance dashboards
• Assist during customer/internal contractual audits

Requirements

• Staffing industry experience
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple concurrent requests
• Strong communication skills
