Responsibilities
- Source and engage talent for clients
- Build and maintain talent pipelines
- Improve and scale talent operations processes
- Conduct market research on target audiences and potential clients
- Collaborate with the founding team on go-to-market strategies
- Gather market feedback to inform product development
Requirements
- Interest in startups, AI, and/or recruiting
- Fluent in German and English
- Ability to work independently
- Bonus: experience in recruiting, sales, or a startup
