Responsibilities

• Design and implement a predictive, automated talent acquisition system
• Partner with executive leadership to align talent strategy with company growth
• Lead and mentor a global team of recruiters and operational specialists
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and employment laws across regions
• Develop and promote Cloudflare's employer brand

Requirements

• Experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Engineering, or corporate strategy
• Leadership experience in SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or cybersecurity
• Familiarity with market data platforms for compensation
• Experience in scaling international tech hubs
