• Plan and execute on-campus and virtual events
• Screen candidates to ensure an inclusive hiring process
• Drive a positive candidate experience for new graduates and interns
• Build and iterate on the internship program
• Share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders

Requirements

• 3-4 years of full-cycle university recruiting experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to create a strategic campus strategy
• Data-driven problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
