Responsibilities

• Recruit viable nurses for travel assignments from various sources
• Sell assignments to prospective travelers using a consultative sales approach
• Implement independent recruiting strategies to screen and evaluate healthcare professionals
• Cultivate a network of potential healthcare professionals
• Negotiate compensation packages with healthcare professionals
• Maintain and increase candidate pool to meet company goals
• Conduct regular competitive market analysis
• Attend trade shows and career fairs as necessary
• Complete weekly recruitment reports and special projects
• Maintain candidate database files and required documents

Requirements

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in full cycle recruiting
• Experience in sourcing, qualifying, networking, and relationship management
• Strong sense of urgency
• Effective phone presentation
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
