Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruiting for Sales Engineering and Solutions Engineering roles
• Source passive candidates on LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels
• Screen for technical depth and customer-facing skills
• Work with hiring managers and sales leaders on calibration, interview loops, and feedback
• Keep the pipeline moving in the ATS and report on progress each week

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience
• Experience hiring Sales Engineers, Solutions Engineers, or similar roles
• Technical recruiting background
• Comfort with SaaS, APIs, integrations, and cloud technology
• Experience at a SaaS or tech company, or an agency serving one
• Strong sourcing skills
