Responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring objectives
• Drive recruiting strategies to meet headcount goals
• Build partnerships with compensation, HR, and finance teams
• Generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates
• Provide timely reporting of key metrics and insights

Requirements

• 6 - 10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• In-house experience preferred
• Experience partnering with hiring teams
• Ability to navigate complex environments
• Proven track record of engaging passive talent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
