Compensation

The typical pay rate for this position is $31.87/hour to $34.61/hour, negotiable based on experience and location.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of contract and contract to full-time hiring
• Devise search strategies and draft advertisements
• Evaluate resumes and coordinate interviews
• Conduct interviews and set up assessments
• Provide coaching and feedback to candidates
• Maintain candidate relationships and satisfaction
• Input necessary criteria into the internal applicant tracking system
