Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through accepted offer and onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements, candidate profiles, hiring priorities, and timelines
• Source active and passive candidates through various platforms and techniques
• Review resumes and conduct interviews to assess experience, skills, motivation, communication, and overall fit
• Build proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Provide hiring managers with market insights on talent availability and recruiting trends
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting activity in the applicant tracking system
• Support employer branding, employee referrals, internship programs, and other talent initiatives

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Strong sourcing skills with demonstrated success identifying and engaging passive candidates
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve productivity, research, communication, or recruiting workflows
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
