Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholder groups to create effective hiring strategies
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Conduct briefings with Hiring Managers to understand their hiring needs
- Decide on and execute appropriate recruitment strategies
- Manage stakeholder relationships at all levels
- Support and mentor junior team members
Requirements
- Experience in a full cycle recruitment role
- Experience in delivery a consultative recruitment experience
- Experience in liaising with Senior Leadership
- Proven track record of creating and executing hiring strategies
- Experience with D&I sourcing techniques
- Fluency in Dutch and English
