Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholder groups to create effective hiring strategies
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
• Conduct briefings with Hiring Managers to understand their hiring needs
• Decide on and execute appropriate recruitment strategies
• Manage stakeholder relationships at all levels
• Support and mentor junior team members

Requirements

• Experience in a full cycle recruitment role
• Experience in delivery a consultative recruitment experience
• Experience in liaising with Senior Leadership
• Proven track record of creating and executing hiring strategies
• Experience with D&I sourcing techniques
• Fluency in Dutch and English
