• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
• Schedule interviews and coordinate employee placements

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with computers and commonly used business applications
• Ability to learn and effectively utilize recruiting software
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
