Responsibilities

• Build and develop client relationships through excellence in the recruiting process
• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment cycle from initial hiring manager briefing to offer management
• Engage with stakeholders across the business, regularly updating on the status of requisitions
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies and channels to build a relevant talent pool

Requirements

• Significant recruitment experience in RPO, agency, or in-house environments
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written & oral)

Additional Information

This is a 1-year fixed-term contract position.
