Compensation
Base salary between €3,400 and €4,800, plus a monthly Benefit Budget of €420 to €593.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment process from intake to job offer
- Provide strategic advice to account managers and recruitment management
- Develop effective recruitment strategies based on current societal issues
- Build and maintain a sustainable network of specialists in the field
Requirements
- HBO thinking level and work experience
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment or labor mediation
- Experience in leading substantive selection and advisory interviews at a high level
- Affinity with or expertise in the social domain sector
