Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various departments. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create tailored hiring plans. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using innovative sourcing techniques. Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and company values. Provide guidance and training to hiring managers on best practices for recruitment and selection. Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring processes. Stay current on industry trends and labor market conditions to inform recruitment strategies.
