Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment delivery operations across Global Delivery Centers
- Develop and execute sourcing and hiring strategies
- Partner with stakeholders to identify talent pipeline gaps
- Drive team performance through coaching and accountability
- Analyze recruitment data to provide strategic recommendations
- Onboard and develop high-performing team members
- Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- 7+ years of recruitment experience
- Experience managing global or offshore recruitment teams
- Understanding of contingent workforce recruitment and MSP operations
- Ability to translate workforce data into strategic recommendations
- Strong relationship management skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
