Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve placement targets by successfully placing skilled trades professionals
• Manage the entire placement process from candidate identification to offer finalization
• Understand client needs and deliver high-quality talent
• Build and maintain a network of skilled candidates
• Track key metrics and identify areas for improvement

Requirements

• At least 3 years of success in direct hire
• Experience in meeting personal gross profit targets
• Ability to manage and maintain a database of clients and candidates
