Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics
• Conduct market research to size talent pools and inform hiring timelines
• Develop job mapping strategies and create target account lists
• Build and execute customized sourcing strategies for technical roles
• Craft personalized outreach campaigns to engage passive candidates
• Maintain candidate experience from outreach to handoff
• Represent Discord's engineering brand at industry events
• Practice strong data hygiene and maintain pipeline health metrics

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical sourcing or recruitment
• Demonstrated success hiring senior, staff, and principal-level engineers
• Strong technical aptitude to evaluate complex engineering roles
• Expert-level proficiency with advanced sourcing methods
• Proficiency with modern sourcing tools and platforms

• Base salary range of $132,000 to $149,000
