Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing strategies for technical roles
• Conduct market research and talent mapping
• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers
• Build and nurture long-term talent pipelines
• Champion diversity sourcing initiatives
• Track and analyze sourcing metrics
• Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience sourcing for technical roles in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced sourcing techniques and market research
• Strong understanding of technical skill sets and engineering org structures
• Proven ability to engage and convert passive candidates
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
