Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical Recruiters and Sourcers
• Partner with Engineering stakeholders to translate hiring needs into sourcing strategies
• Drive consistency in interviews and candidate evaluation frameworks
• Contribute to recruiting enablement and new team member onboarding
• Own the end-to-end health of the recruiting pipeline

Requirements

• 7+ years of technical recruiting experience in high-growth or venture-backed tech companies
• 2+ years of people management experience leading technical recruiting teams
• Experience hiring for specialized technical roles (AI/ML, Infrastructure, Platform, Security, or similar)
• Strong analytical instincts and ability to read pipeline data
• Experience as a strategic partner to Engineering or senior technical leadership
