Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for key business areas
• Discuss recruitment strategies with hiring managers
• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
• Utilize direct sourcing tools to build candidate talent pools
• Provide information to hiring managers regarding market conditions and salary benchmarks
• Maintain critical metrics and ensure data integrity within reporting

Requirements

• Solid end-to-end recruitment experience in Technology, Engineering, Networking or Semiconductor environments
• Experience recruiting technical and/or engineering positions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• IT Literate with MS Office suite
• Ability to interpret reporting data
