Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across specialist technical and engineering roles
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop effective hiring strategies
• Proactively source hard-to-find talent using direct sourcing, Boolean search, and talent mapping
• Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Provide market insights on talent availability and skills
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and ATS compliance

Requirements

• Strong end-to-end recruitment experience within technology, semiconductor, engineering, or another highly technical environment
• Experience recruiting across software, firmware, AI/ML, and/or hardware engineering
• Strong direct sourcing skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong English communication skills
