Requirements

• Proven end-to-end recruitment experience
• Experience within Business Banking and Wealth
• Solid experience recruiting within Banking or Financial Services
• Agency recruitment experience
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes
