Responsibilities
- Manage complete talent flow for dedicated enterprise customers
- Source, evaluate, and close candidates for Software Engineering roles
- Provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool
- Ensure hiring manager preparedness during the interview process
- Drive offer process, including salary recommendations and negotiations
- Lead kick-off meetings with hiring managers and develop search strategies
Requirements
- Experience in the IT Industry
- Knowledge in Cloud/AI, Cybersecurity, Collaboration, Networking
- Strong sourcing experience using social media and databases
- Ability to manage multiple searches/projects
- Fluency in English
