Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for priority and hard-to-fill roles
  • Partner with senior leaders to align hiring with program delivery
  • Headhunt and proactively map civil infrastructure talent
  • Deliver strong candidate engagement, including face-to-face where possible
  • Provide clear, commercial market insights
  • Ensure all hiring meets governance and security requirements

Requirements

  • Proven experience in civil infrastructure recruitment
  • Experience across major civil infrastructure sectors (roads, rail, bridges, tunnels, ports, aviation, water, utilities, or energy)
  • Strong track record hiring for engineering, project delivery, commercial, and site-based roles
  • Australian citizenship (required for clearance)
