Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for priority and hard-to-fill roles
- Partner with senior leaders to align hiring with program delivery
- Headhunt and proactively map civil infrastructure talent
- Deliver strong candidate engagement, including face-to-face where possible
- Provide clear, commercial market insights
- Ensure all hiring meets governance and security requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience in civil infrastructure recruitment
- Experience across major civil infrastructure sectors (roads, rail, bridges, tunnels, ports, aviation, water, utilities, or energy)
- Strong track record hiring for engineering, project delivery, commercial, and site-based roles
- Australian citizenship (required for clearance)
