Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple APAC markets
• Lead intake discussions with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies
• Screen and assess candidates against job requirements
• Coordinate and manage the full interview process
• Partner with hiring managers on hiring decisions and offer recommendations
• Maintain strong candidate engagement and provide timely communication
• Deliver hiring outcomes in line with agreed service levels

Requirements

• Approximately 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Proven experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Strong direct sourcing capability
• Experience recruiting for technical or operational roles in the Oil & Gas industry
