Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, and go-to-market positions
- Partner with founders and team leads to define role requirements and interview processes
- Source candidates through creative and unconventional channels
- Assess candidates using technical conversations and portfolios
- Build and improve recruiting operations and automated workflows
- Support onboarding and contribute to performance reviews
Requirements
- At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across technical roles
- Experience in an early-stage startup
- Consulting background
- Track record of creative sourcing
- Familiarity with recruiting tools such as Ashby, Juicebox, or Clay
