Responsibilities
- Manage project end to end, ensuring quality assurance on recruitment activities
- Build trust and confidence with key client stakeholders
- Prepare and participate in project reviews with clients and senior management
- Conduct ad hoc quality checks to ensure data accuracy
- Develop value-added reporting for clients
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in recruiting
- Experience managing a recruiting team of 6
- Bachelor’s degree or five years of equivalent experience
