Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential candidates for job openings
• Review and post job adverts on various job boards
• Utilize sourcing methods to attract candidates
• Initiate communication with prospective candidates
• Evaluate candidate qualifications through initial interviews
• Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS
• Promote the employer brand to potential candidates
• Coordinate feedback and facilitate the recruitment process

Requirements

• High School diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1 year experience in sourcing, recruiting or talent administration
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools

Successful completion of the Sourcing Foundation training within the first 90 days is required.
