Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Acquisition delivery across North America and EMEA
• Translate global TA priorities into regional operating plans
• Coach and develop subordinate leaders
• Monitor hiring demand and adjust plans as needed
• Establish a consistent operating cadence for reviewing outcomes
• Lead process and technology initiatives from requirements through launch
• Integrate internal mobility and external sourcing into hiring plans
• Partner with various stakeholders to execute shared priorities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience
• Experience managing through leaders and delivering against multi-year objectives
• Strong knowledge of recruiting processes and internal mobility
• Experience implementing process and technology changes
• Ability to analyze complex operational issues and adapt plans
