Responsibilities
- Own end to end recruiting and partner with leaders to define role expectations and org design
- Source and close exceptional candidates across functions with a focus on early talent and critical hires
- Design scalable hiring processes, analytics, and operating rhythms
- Shape onboarding, performance calibration, career progression, and compensation benchmarking
- Develop and promote an employer brand to attract top talent
- Build a network across universities and technical communities
- Experiment with AI tools and new workflows to increase recruiting velocity and quality
- Maintain high hiring standards and contribute to a culture focused on retention and development
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in Talent, Performance, or organizational development
- Experience in high growth startup or scaleup
- Fluent English; German language skills are a plus
