Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with clients across several industries
• Advise clients on Total Rewards and Compensation & Benefits topics
• Analyse compensation, HR, and market data
• Support clients with salary benchmarking and pay analysis
• Lead client onboarding and training for Korn Ferry Digital Suite
• Facilitate workshops with senior HR and management stakeholders
• Manage projects effectively with accurate forecasts and updates

Requirements

• University degree (BSc or MSc)
• 5+ years of experience in Total Rewards or Compensation & Benefits
• Experience with compensation analysis and market data
• Fluency in Polish and English
