Salary Range: $75-125k + Uncapped Commissions
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities by focusing on decision makers in SMB organizations
- Negotiate contracts and staffing engagements
- Build a consistent pipeline of client requisitions and projects
- Employ various prospecting methodologies to gain new clients
- Collaborate with recruiting and other staff to provide suitable candidate profiles
Requirements
- 2-4 years of general professional experience
