Compensation

Salary Range: $75-125k + Uncapped Commissions

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities by focusing on decision makers in SMB organizations
• Negotiate contracts and staffing engagements
• Build a consistent pipeline of client requisitions and projects
• Employ various prospecting methodologies to gain new clients
• Collaborate with recruiting and other staff to provide suitable candidate profiles

Requirements

• 2-4 years of general professional experience
• Self-motivated and competitive mindset
• Ability to learn quickly and stay educated
