• Sourcing candidates using multi-channel approaches
• Building talent pipelines and direct sourcing
• Establishing relationships with Hiring Managers and key stakeholders
• Coaching and supporting junior team members
• Managing the recruitment process from job description creation to offer and onboarding
• Proposing improvements and optimizations for the recruitment process
• Implementing measures to enhance candidate experience
• Promoting the client's Employer Brand and Employee Value Proposition

Requirements

• Experience in direct sourcing or recruiting
• End-to-End recruiting experience
• Native-level Japanese language proficiency
• Conversational level English communication skills
