Responsibilities

• Assisting senior recruiters with day-to-day activities on the desk
• Understanding job requirements and screening applications
• Shortlisting candidates for advertised or proactively sourced roles
• Building and maintaining candidate pipelines for future vacancies
• Conducting phone screenings for shortlisted candidates
• Maintaining regular communication with candidates throughout their interview process
• Providing constructive feedback to candidates post-interview
• Managing candidate tracking systems
• Ensuring timely scheduling of interviews and follow-ups
• Developing knowledge of financial products, investment banking, and global markets business lines
• Collaborating with onboarding teams and wider HR functions
• Participating in broader team initiatives

Requirements

• A degree in finance or knowledge of financial instruments is advantageous
• 1+ years of experience in financial services sales or recruitment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach
• Strong multitasking abilities
• Fluent in spoken and written English; proficiency in another European language is a plus
