Responsibilities

• Utilize recruitment tools and internal database to identify, engage and build candidate pipelines across various industries
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews and write candidate summaries while ensuring a seamless candidate experience
• Support team members by conducting market mapping and salary benchmarking
• Maintain up-to-date ATS records and assist with employer branding campaigns and recruitment projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resource or equivalent
• Driven, ambitious and proactive character
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Available for a 3 to 6-month internship
