Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end 360 recruitment cycle
• Source and qualify candidates for vacancies
• Write and post adverts for open vacancies
• Actively headhunt candidates using LinkedIn and other recruitment tools
• Meet clients and build long-lasting relationships

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on permanent placements
• Proven track record as a Recruitment Consultant or in a phone-based sales role
• Experience in technical/engineering or accountancy/finance recruitment
