Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters
• Set clear performance expectations and monitor activity metrics
• Coach recruiters on sourcing strategy and candidate engagement
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
• Partner closely with Business Development and hiring teams
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Leverage ATS, CRM, and AI-assisted tools to manage pipelines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Full cycle recruitment experience within Energy, Engineering, and/or Manufacturing staffing
• At least two years of team lead or supervisory experience
• Proven track record of developing recruiters
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with AI-assisted recruiting tools
• ATS experience required; Bullhorn strongly preferred
