Responsibilities
- Develop and grow a client base and new business opportunities
- Introduce services via video, telephone, and in-person meetings
- Recruit, evaluate, and place marketing and creative professionals in full-time positions
- Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and candidates
- Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates
- Participate in industry trade associations to increase local presence
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, major in Marketing, Design or IT desired
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, branding, advertising, public relations or creative design-related field
- Successful permanent placement recruiting experience
