Responsibilities

• Schedule and interview applicants
• Help prepare candidates for their first day on the job
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails in both Spanish and English
• Support recruiting team in ensuring client satisfaction

Requirements

• 1+ years in a customer service industry
• Strong written and verbal communication in both Spanish and English
• Multi-line phone experience preferred
