Responsibilities

• Develop and execute full-desk recruiting strategies for IT positions
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the IT sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Analyze industry trends and hiring demands to inform recruitment efforts
• Collaborate with team members to align recruitment strategies with client needs
• Utilize applicant tracking systems and other sourcing tools
• Negotiate contracts and staffing agreements
• Participate in professional networking events

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in IT, Business, or related fields
• Minimum of 3 years of agency recruiting experience or 1 year of IT industry experience
• Proven knowledge of IT industry trends and staffing solutions
