Responsibilities
- Lead the fulfillment of high-volume open vacancies
- Assist in driving best practices across the recruitment life cycle
- Work proactively with the Talent Sourcing team to pipeline candidates
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Communicate market intelligence and act as a Talent Advisor
- Manage requisitions and ensure compliance with recruitment legislation
- Monitor and analyze recruitment activity for accurate forecasting
- Coach candidates for interviews and provide feedback
Requirements
- Prior experience in high-volume end-to-end recruitment
- Experience within the staffing industry or Corporate HR
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high pressure environment
