Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements qualifications with the OpCo point of contact
• Provide market and industry insights and candidate feedback
• Maintain partnership with OpCo to understand ideal candidate profiles
• Adjust sourcing strategy to meet evolving talent requirements
• Pipeline talent and create pre-qualified talent pools

Requirements

• College degree preferred or relevant work experience
• Prior experience in end-to-end recruitment within the staffing industry or Corporate HR
• Experience conducting behavioral based interviews
• Successful experience managing multiple searches and stakeholders
