Responsibilities

• Lead job scope meetings with hiring leaders to determine position specifications
• Review candidates who have applied via the ATS and evaluate qualifications
• Develop and manage recruitment marketing plans or sourcing plans
• Source candidates using Boolean search techniques and networking sites
• Prepare candidates for interviews and provide timely updates
• Draft phone interview templates and assess candidates
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details and negotiate offers
• Provide regular reporting of recruiting activities to leadership

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field preferred
• Minimum of two years’ recruiting experience in corporate, RPO or agency setting
• Experience using recruitment technologies
