Compensation

Base salary between €2,850 - €3,300, plus additional benefits.

Responsibilities

• Continuously recruit, interview, and match candidates for production and logistics roles
• Conduct interviews and engage with candidates to promote job opportunities at Scania
• Build a strong network with hiring managers and team leaders on-site
• Be present at the locations to understand the workplace dynamics and needs

Requirements

• Completed HBO or MBO4 education
• Proven HBO work and thinking level
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Driver's license B and own transportation
• Availability for 36 or 40 hours per week
