Responsibilities
- Lead global delivery teams for Direct Sourcing clients
- Manage recruiters, talent assessors, and recruitment coordinators
- Drive performance against SLAs and KPIs
- Develop and execute sourcing and hiring strategies
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and provide recommendations
- Onboard and develop high-performing team members
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize recruiting technologies
Requirements
- 7+ years of recruitment experience
- Experience managing global or offshore recruitment teams
- Deep understanding of contingent workforce recruitment
- Experience translating workforce data into strategic recommendations
- Strong coaching and development skills
- Experience leading process improvement initiatives
- Strong relationship management skills
- Proficiency with recruiting technologies and ATS
