• Manage recruitment for major retail clients such as Action, Aveve, and Lidl.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess both technical skills and soft skills of candidates.
• Act as the point of contact for large accounts and provide proactive advice on recruitment processes.
• Maintain a high operational tempo to ensure optimal candidate flow and meet targets.
• Handle full administrative follow-up in various systems to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Collaborate closely with the team to continuously optimize recruitment strategies and selection processes.
