Compensation

Opportunities for commission-based compensation between $50,000-$500,000

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment for professional services roles
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates across various industries
• Utilize applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools to build and manage a candidate pipeline
• Analyze resumes to identify specialized skills and qualifications
• Create innovative strategies to engage both active and passive candidates
• Collaborate with team leaders to assess hiring needs and establish recruitment goals
• Collect and analyze recruitment data to optimize processes
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic discussions
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within professional services; 5 years preferred
• Strong understanding of professional services industries and workforce solutions
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
