Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruiting life cycle for assigned requisitions
• Develop and execute proactive recruiting strategies
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates
• Utilize CRM platforms and AI-powered sourcing tools
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clinicians
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders to support client facilities
• Conduct market mapping and targeted sourcing
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and healthcare regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Healthcare staffing or locum tenens experience preferred
