Responsibilities

• Build and extend client relationships through recruitment process delivery
• Align sourcing activities to workforce plans and understand recruitment needs
• Define and implement sourcing strategies for building talent pools
• Measure and monitor the effectiveness of the strategic sourcing framework
• Assist clients in developing a compelling employee value proposition
• Develop effective candidate relationship management strategies
• Partner with team members to generate ideas and facilitate effective searches
• Provide responsive and proactive customer service

Requirements

• 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience in RPO, Staffing, Agency and client-facing
• Experience supporting Logistics is preferred
• 3+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies
• 3+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience
• 3+ years of client facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers
• 3+ years of experience conducting competency/behavioral based interviews
• High School Diploma; 4-year degree preferred
